The Louvain Cottage: is a detached house in typical Cape Dutch Style, which has a bedroom with bathroom en-suite and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher. The dining area and the cosy sofa corner invite you to linger. This Cottage offers you your own private garden with large sun terrace. Additionally you have got the option to book another adjoining bedroom. A connecting door gives you access to this room with two single beds and own bathroom for additional cost. This Cottage can then accommodate up to 4 people. This cottage is equipped with air-conditioning, safe, high-speed fibre internet, a hairdryer and fan. Oak Appartement: This spacious apartment (100m²) is located in the main house. It has access to the main terrace, but also offers a secluded private garden with a furnished terrace with a Weber gas barbecue, sun loungers and a swinging chair.

Bayview Apartment (the Presidential Suite): is the largest and most modern of our apartments with 140qm². It has a huge, bright and friendly living room with corner couch, desk and fireplace, as well as a cosy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a ceran cooking hob. The spacious bedroom with bathroom en-suite offers even for the most extensive wardrobe plenty of space. The absolute highlight of this apartment is the large terrace, which extends over the entire length of living and dining room. From here you may enjoy the most amazing views over False Bay up to Cape of Good Hope.
This apartment is only designed for 2 people, but you are welcome to book an additional double room on the same floor for an extended group.
